How do I claim a refund or return a part for exchange.

Conditions to be met for a successful refund or exchange
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The goods that you are returning must not be used or damaged, and must be returned in it’s original packaging.
Terms & Conditions
Any promotional items and special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Parts correctly supplied are NOT exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances.
7 Days ONLY – test guarantee (Must be with a RMI registered mechanic(company)
NO refunds, ONLY credit will be passed at the managers discretion. The credit voucher will be valid for 6 months ONLY.
A 10% handling fee will apply on all parts returned.
We have the right to refuse a return or refund if the basic terms of our refund policy are not met.
EcoSpares liability excludes any consequential loss from failure or malfunction of our products, and any claim shall be limited to the supply of its replacement only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
